Very helpful labor guide for those who don't have the funds for the more expensive ones like all-data . Fairly accurate . Very happy with this product all though I wish I had gotten the cd version for the computer to aide in quicker and easier look up of labor rates but all in all very happy with this product.

I found this to be a very helpful manual in my shop. I have added labor dollars per repair order more than with other company's labor guides.
It's really easy to use, easy to look up information and makes time in the shop that much quicker and more accurate for my customers. Chilton has been a trusted name in my family and shop and will continue to be. They just keep getting better year after year.
I also saw they offer ASE test prep materials now.
I highly recommend the purchase.

Can't review it because from the beginning it advertise "window vista" but it does not work on 64 bit window vista. Disappointed... So if you're buying this Chilton Labor Guide CD-ROM Version 10.0Chilton 2009 Labor Guide CD-ROM make sure of the operating system.
